Leaders are never complete; they are constantly evolving. That means that as leaders we ourselves must be constantly finding ways to improve. To do this, we must always be exposing ourselves to new ways of thinking and looking for opportunities to put that them to use. The best way to do that is to turn off the TV, walk away from Netflix, and shutdown our iPhones so that we can focus on what truly matters and makes an impact: knowledge. Below is a list of books (in no particular order) that have made some form of impact (both positive and negative). Regardless, each book will provide you some form of leadership takeaway that will further enhance your skills.
We’d love to hear what you’re reading, and if you think there’s something that’s worthy of being included in this list, drop us a line here. If you see a book that interests you, consider clicking on the link to purchase. It helps us continue producing great leadership content.
